What Rebuttal is
Rebuttal is a software tool that drafts an insurance appeal letter based on a denial letter you upload. The letter cites publicly available federal regulations and is intended as a starting point for you to file your own internal or external appeal with your insurer.
What Rebuttal is not
Rebuttal is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the service. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice. We are not affiliated with any insurance company or government agency. We do not guarantee that any appeal will succeed.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing your appeal letter before submitting it, verifying your specific plan deadlines with your insurer, and confirming procedural requirements. For questions specific to your legal situation, consult a licensed professional. Do not submit a letter you have not read and understood.
Payment and refunds
The service costs $9.99 per appeal letter, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe. Because the appeal letter is delivered immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final. If the service fails to deliver a letter due to a technical error on our end, email hello@sendrebuttal.com for a full refund. If our automated review determines your letter does not meet our quality standards, you will not be charged.
Prohibited use
Upload only insurance denial letters that belong to you or that you have permission to upload. Do not use Rebuttal to draft letters containing knowingly false statements or to pursue claims you know to be invalid. Do not redistribute generated letters commercially.
Disclaimer of warranties
Rebuttalis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the generated letters will produce any particular outcome in your appeal.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid ($9.99). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including denied claims, medical costs, or lost coverage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. The last-updated date at the top reflects the most recent change.
