Each appeal letter is generated specifically for your denial letter at the time of purchase. Because the letter is drafted and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds after delivery.

If you did not receive your letter due to a technical error, contact us at hello@sendrebuttal.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve the issue.

If your letter did not pass our automated quality review, you were not charged.
